Branch Manager – Marion Office, Skyland office

Responsible for accomplishing MarketPlace objectives and all aspects of Marketplace growth and development. Serves as the principal community and customer point of contact.  Represents Asheville Savings Bank though community and professional involvement in activities and organizations to develop contacts for potential business and the sale of bank products and services. Requires ability to effectively manage sales and service activities, motivate and develop staff, while meeting established goals and objectives.  Previous management experience in a banking environment, proven sales ability and knowledge of consumer lending principles are required. 

Teller – Skyland Office
PT Teller – Hendersonville Office

Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, along with proficiency in operating a calculator, previous cash handling experience, and a dedication to provide exceptional customer service.

Customer Service MANAGER – Fletcher Office

Responsible for serving as a central contact between customers and the Bank in all areas of MarketPlace Banking. In coordination with MarketPlace Manager, implements and carries out bank policy in respect to all operations of the branch. Serves as supervisor of branch in the absence of the MarketPlace Manager.

Items Processor – Operations and Administration Center in Candler

Responsible for processing in-clearing files received from Federal Reserve, processes and balances files received from MarketPlace Offices via Branch Capture, and transmits balanced file to core processor to update customer accounts.

MarketPlace Banking Administration Assistant -- Operations and Administration Center in Candler

Serves as a resource to office personnel regarding policies and procedures relating to deposit accounts and operation of office. Responsible for processing and maintaining retirement account records and effecting changes as necessary to existing IRA accounts. Administers, maintains and ensures integrity of Bank’s Customer Information File.
